What is the difference between the Solo
and the Medley?
The Solo will include 6 sheets of coordinating patterned paper. There will be
6-8
sheets of cardstock and plenty of embellishments to coordinate. The Medley will
include
9 sheets of patterned paper and 9 sheets of cardstock.
However, this kit is actually three individual page kits to give you
a wider variety from different manufacturers. You will
receive embellishments to complete several 2 page layouts. Both kits feature 12x12
paper.

When are the monthly kits updated on the
website?
The monthly kits are usually updated by the 1st
of the month.
When are the monthly kits shipped?
The new kits and stamps are shipped beginning on the 15th of each month.
How much are the monthly kits?
The Solo kit and the Medley kit are $24.00
each per month plus shipping.
What are the shipping charges?
In the US,
there is a flat shipping charge of $8.00, domestic orders
ship Priority mail. If you are ordering 1 stamp set ONLY - you
may choose the 'envelope' shipping option for only $2.00 for First Class
shipping in a padded envelope to domestic locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Of
course! We do, however, charge actual shipping charges.
International orders are shipped using US Postal Service First
Class Mail International. The additional charges will not
show up in the shopping cart, they will be manually added to
credit cards. The typical
charge to ship a kit to the UK is $21.00 and $14.00 to Canada.
Please be aware that First Class Mail International does not
provide tracking numbers. Back Porch Memories cannot be
responsible for the package once it is shipped. If you
would like to include a tracking number and insurance you may
choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Global Priority Mail by
noting that in the comment section.
The typical cost to ship a kit using Priority Mail to the UK is
$43.10 and $28.76 to Canada.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Back Porch Memories currently accepts Visa and
MasterCard. If you would rather pay by money order
please contact

If you would like to use Paypal,
you may prepay your kits - please contact me.
When will my credit card be charged for
Autoship subscriptions?
Your card will be charged between the 8th and the 10th of each month,
beginning the month of your first kit.
Is there a membership commitment?
No, Back Porch Memories is an auto-ship club. This
simply means that you will continue to receive a kit each month
until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your
membership by the 3rd of the month
or you will receive and be billed for that month's kit.
Example: You must cancel your membership no later than
December 3rd in order to
avoid receiving the December kit.
If I am on auto-ship, can I switch back &
forth between the Solo and the Medley?
Yes, however
you must choose which kit will be automatically
shipped each month. If, you would like to switch
for a month simply email me. If the kit you would like to
switch to is sold out, you will be placed on the waiting list.
In the event one does not become available, you will still
receive your reserved autoship kit unless you have
instructed me otherwise by the regularly allowable skip date. The earlier you request this
change the higher your priority.
Can I skip a monthly kit?
You may skip any kit you do not wish to
receive. To skip a kit, simply send an email to
paula@backporchmemories.com
by the 3rd of the month. If
you notify me after the 3rd you will receive and be billed
for that months' kit. I respond to EVERY email I
receive. If you email me to skip a kit and do not receive
a reply from me that means I did not get your email and it is
YOUR responsibility to email again.
The month following any skip you will not be guaranteed a
kit/stamps. I anticipate still having a kit for you, but due to
ordering several months in advance and trying to plan for member
skips that may not always be the case. If a shortage occurs, you
will be
placed on a priority wait list ahead of nonmembers.
If you skip 3 kits in a row (unless prior arrangements have been
made with me) you will be dropped from autoship status. Because
you are able to preview the kit and decline your shipment, we do not
accept returns except in the case of our error.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Please contact me within 5 days after your
damaged package arrives for instructions.
Do you have a newsletter?
The newsletter and the design gallery are both
located on the website. This is an attempt to give you the most
scrapbooking product for the price of the monthly kit.
