... that certain brands of PP tend to not cut as smooth as others? I know my blade isn't dull. Some leave little white fuzzy bits hanging that I try to snip off with my scissors. I notice it with Basic Grey, Crate Paper and a few others that I can't think of off the top of my head. And I *know* those are high quality papers. So I was wondering if anyone else has this issue... or if it's user error :?

I haven't noticed this with any certain weight of paper. It just happens when I need to change the blade.

Oh no. I guess this new trimmer I got doesn't have blades that stay sharp very long

I've noticed it from time to time with my MM trimmer. Normally on older high quality paper. I normally just run the blade on it's own a couple times and it works fine again.

Before you replace your blade maybe you could try cutting a few strips of wax paper. That has really helped my blades in the past. I've also heard that cutting aluminum foil also helps, but I've never tried it...not yet anyway.
