Ok, so this is really strange. Or at least I thought it was.

Do you or someone you know who scraps but does not own a trimmer? I went to Archivers yesterday to work on my design team kit and there were four girls there scrapping. None of them had trimmers. They had to get up and go to the long work table to use Archiver's guillotine-style trimmer. Each. And. Every. Cut. I would have been going crazy!!! I already was, watching them all get up over and over and over  And I didn't get the impression that they were new scrappers or people just working on a single project with no intention of scrapping again. These ladies had a TON of supplies with them, dedicated crop bags, etc.

Anyone else thinking that is odd?

Did they just forget their trimmers? Very odd! I'd be lost without mine and I have several.

I've never seen anyone at a crop who didn't have at least a small portable trimmer with them - that had to be very time consuming for them.

I've only known one person who didn't use a trimmer. Instead, she used one of those rotary cutter with a ruler! She said it works better for her. For me, I just couldn't do without one! Matter of fact, I have many of them!!! lol

Deanna, that was my first thought as well... I thought maybe they forgot their trimmers. But they all four were getting up and using the Archivers one, so I don't think that was it :?

I have several trimmers, but still prefer my ruler and Xacto knife!

Yes, that is very strange. I keep the little inexpensive cricut trimmers in stock all the time because I always have girls come to crop that just buy another one because they forgot theirs (mind you, I would certainly let them borrow one of my many). I don't think I have ever known a scrapper that doesn't have more than one and always takes one with them!

I guess they were trying to exercise and crop at the same time ....that just seems like a lot of extra work!!!

LOL, Kristin! Yeah, maybe that was it

I forgot my trimmer when I went to an all day crop once time. Got to the crop and realized straight away what I had done. I borrowed my friend's until DH was over in the area to bring it to me

I have several trimmers and couldn't imagine being without one if I was outside the house.

Yes, I consider it very odd. I didn't have a trimmer when I first started and cut with scissors and ruler. that wasn't very great and then I discovered trimmers. I can't imagine scrapping without a trimmer or even having to share one with a fellow scrapper at the same table. weird to me.
